Budgie's Milestones

Starting Out

Located in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Budgie began its story with one production line in our first factory. Primarily producing PVC-U chunking, we only sold domestically and slowly built up our reputation in the national industry from there.

2006

Growing Fast

Aiming to satisfy growing demand in the domestic market, we added 2 new production lines for a total of 3 production lines in our factory. To boost mass production and increase our product range, we also acquired 30 sets of extrusion molds for PVC-U trunking and 10 injection molding machines for plastic parts.

2007-2008

Going Global

Seeing the potential for greater gains globally, we included 2 new production lines that were added. Having succeeded in the domestic market, we started to contact the export business to ship our products globally. With our fast machinery and efficient facilities, we produced more, leading to our first increase in foreign sales when compared to domestic sales.

2009

Developing Greater Capabilities

As a result of our distribution to global markets, our annual output value from 2010-2011 has grown to 5 times that of what we had in 2007. By 2012, we had added a new large-capacity automated PVC-U chunking production line and equipped our factory with plastic injection molding. Consequently, we saw another increase in foreign sales, growing from our continued exports.

2010-2012

Displaying Our Success

For the first time, we have participated in the Canton Fair to display our capabilities to a wider audience. This opened us to meeting different investors and partners, who have shown interest in our unique pipe design. Within such events, we display the competency of our solutions, which have successfully aided in numerous projects domestically and globally.

2013

Completing our Automated Production Line

To achieve dust-free cutting of products, we added 2 new photothermal automatic cutting production lines and ensured our workshops were properly equipped to prevent dust from seeping in. Aiming to maximize our production accuracy and yields, we added automatic equipment to complete the process of making line pipe expansion fully automated.

2014- 2017

Improving Quality Control

Ensuring more consistent product quality throughout production, we have introduced the ISO quality management system. Following the integration of better quality control, we have strictly studied and implemented standardized production processes to improve our efficiency and meet demands faster and at lower production costs.

2018

Unique Product Coding

Within this year, we see another rise in the ratio of domestic sales to foreign sales rise. Further improving our product organization, we added 6 laser printers for product coding to give each product a unique ID number.

2019

Packaging and Organizing Products

For improved packaging efficiency in our facilities, we installed automated plastic bag packaging equipment that saves much time and cost. Supporting more organized product coding, we also added 9 A laser printers.
