High-quality PVC products begin with proper material selection and precision molding process.
Carefully selected materials are placed in a mixer and are blended together at high temperatures. The blended material is then transferred to a container and sent to the production line. Monitoring the materials used in production is the first step towards ensuring the quality performance of the completed product.
Mold and material are transferred into a drying hopper, leaving the molten material to dry and properly capture the form within the mold. Our drying system is carefully calibrated to be at the right temperature at all times, resulting in consistent drying times and properly formed products.
The mold is placed on the production line and prepared to receive the molten plastic material. When ready, the material is then injected into the mold, filling the crevice and forming the product. Our precision injection molding equipment guarantees that the molds are filled at the right amount, reducing waste and optimizing production.
Following our production process table, the extrusion machine is heated up until the required temperature range is met. Once the machine is ready, the plastic strip is introduced to the mold, producing the required products based on the design concepts. Continuous testing and inspection are done during the extrusion process, making sure everything is on point for ideal output.
Utilizing a state-of-the-art water cooling tank, the extruded plastic is slowly cooled down immediately after the extrusion process. The cutting program is rendered into the laser coding system by our technical team, taking time to review the program for precision output. This process secures the cutting process, eliminating any potential errors and minimizing waste.
The product is cut into size based on the desired size using the latest traction cutting tools. Constant adjustment is applied depending on the pressing height and conveying speed of the equipment, guaranteeing consistent dimensions from beginning to end.
After calibrating the thermal cutting equipment, clean photothermal cuts are made on the PVC products according to the desired measurements of the product. Applying precision cuts not only makes production fast and more efficient but also helps produce pristine output that customers prefer.
